Laurie-Lee, a sommelier from France, and Eugen, a chef and bartender from Italy, have come together to share their passion for food and wine with Amsterdam.
Eugen's love for cooking began at a young age, growing up in Piemonte, a region renowned for its culinary traditions. Laurie-Lee has a particular passion for gathering everybody around a table and sharing food and wine.
Together, they have combined their skills and passion to create a business that celebrates the marriage of food and wine. They are now importing wines from small scale wineries around Europe, carefully selecting each bottle to ensure that they are of the highest quality and are produced by incredible people who are truly passionate about their craft.
